2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund or Exchange: Depending on your preference, we offer the choice of a full refund or an exchange for a different product of equal value. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned item.

5. Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of a defective or damaged product, please provide us with clear photographs, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
