General: By ordering any products via the Website, you hereby confirm that you fully understand, agree and comply with these Terms and that you have understood all of the information given during the purchase procedure.

Ordering of Products: Products can be ordered by completing the checkout process. Once the checkout process is completed, we will confirm that an order has been properly received by sending an email message to the address provided by the Consumer ("Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmation will contain a specification of the products ordered, the main characteristics of the products, detailed information concerning the price, terms of payment, return policy and shipping costs.

Price and Payment: All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable sales taxes in the European Union. Payment of ordered products can be made by using one of the payment methods offered on the Website (Credit Card Payments through Stripe; Paypal; Paypal Pay Later services are available in some countries).

Deliveries: Ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer in the order. If you detect any damage on the packaging or the product, any discrepancy in the number of items or in the indications contained in the delivery note, you must notify us immediately at contact@klo-home.com in writing, and report such damage or discrepancy in the delivery note to be returned to the delivery company.

Legal Right of Withdrawal: Please be advised that you have a legal right to withdraw from any purchase of products (for any reason, without penalty and without having to provide an explanation) within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the products. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only after delivery of the products, by submitting your return request through our return portal here.
If a shipment is not accepted by the customer or not delivered due to the fault of the client (e.g., not responding when contacted by the store representatives and/or the delivery company, or not picking up the package from a courier office within 5 workdays), the order will be considered cancelled. However, in such cases, the customer will be charged for both the sending and return fees of the package, and the amount of the charge will be deducted from the total that is to be refunded.
