Refund policy
At Klo., we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy with the following options:
1. 14-Day Return Without a Reason: For added convenience, we provide a 14-day window for you to initiate a return without having to provide a specific reason. If you change your mind or simply wish to return the item within this period, you can do so easily.
Note: Eligibility still applies.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Process: To request a return, please follow the process at the bottom of this page under "How to request a return"
4. Refunds: We only offer a refund as a return option, we do not offer substitutions or exchanges for other items. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned item.
5. Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of a defective or damaged product, please provide us with clear photographs, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exceptions: Certain products, such as personalized or perishable items, may not be eligible for return. Please review the product's description for specific return eligibility.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1) Requesting the return:
To start the return process log in to your account with the email you used for your purchase. There you can request the return for the desired product and buy a DHL return label directly from us which costs €15.
2) Sending the product:
After we receive and confirm the return request, you will receive the DHL Return Label in your email. You need to contact DHL to arrange a pickup at a convenient time or bring the package to a DHL Service Point and hand the label to the couriers.
3) Receiving the refund:
When we receive the package, its condition will be inspected and if it is approved, the refund will be sent via the original payment method.
There is also an option to send the package with your preferred courier (tracking is required), in which case you need to email us at contact@klo-home.com and request to use this method. Email us regarding returns only if you wish to use this method or if you have any questions.
